Returns - Refund/Exchange Policy

You may return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less postage and handling providing the items are in original, unworn condition and proof of purchase can be provided.

If you have purchased an incorrect size we are happy to exchange providing the items are in original, unworn condition and returned within 14 days of purchase - normal postage and handling fees will apply

For faulty or damaged goods we can either:

  • Replace the item - please return the faulty item including reason to us within 7 days and we will send you a replacement postage free. We are also happy to reimburse you for the cost of sending faulty item back to us - please make this request via email or phone
  • Full refund – please return faulty item including reason to us within 7 days and we will refund you full amount including all postage costs
